Jesmar Properties, Inc. began in 1969 when Jesus and Marlene invested in their first property. They worked full-time jobs while spending every weekend maintaining and improving their apartments. Their children grew up in the business, learning firsthand the value of hard work and genuine care for tenants and their communities.
Today, three generations later, we continue that same commitment to quality and service. We own every property we manage, and many have been in our family for over 40 years. We’re members of the Apartment Owners Association and California Apartment Association, maintaining the highest professional standards while keeping our personal, family-focused approach.
